encompasses a comprehensive
approach to personal safety and combat preparedness. It is a safe class to prevent injuries to students. Rooted in a rich history of diverse martial arts disciplines,  it combines techniques from various traditional martial arts such as Taekwondo, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling,  Boxing, Aikido, Hapkido, Escrima and Weapons. This holistic approach includes striking techniques for stand up situations, throws and takedowns for close-quarters combat, and ground fighting for when situations escalate to the ground. Traditional MMA focuses not only on physical skills but also on mental and emotional aspects, imparting discipline, respect, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. It provides individuals with the tools and confidence needed to defend themselves effectively while promoting a sense of honor and responsibility in the process

JIU JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) In this program, you will learn the core techniques of Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and cooperative environment. You can start the program at any time. We have dedicated ourselves to helping people develop the mental fortitude and physical strength necessary to overcome life’s
challenges, both on and off the mats. We believe in the power of Jiu-Jitsu to instill discipline, resilience, and a sense of community, guiding our students toward personal excellence and a healthier, more fulfilling life

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) & Kickboxing for Sport & Competition

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for
Sport & Competition is a dynamic and physically demanding combat sport that combines a wide range of martial disciplines. Participants in MMA training typically engages in striking techniques. They also learn takedowns and throws Grappling skills, particularly from jiu-jitsu, are essential for submissions and ground control. We have a curriculum, which includes rank progression and the attainment of belts as students master various aspects of the sport. MMA places a strong emphasis on tactics, techniques, and strategy, requiring athletes to
not only be physically fit but also mentally sharp.

WOMEN SELF DEFENSE

WHAM – Whole Health Action Management." WHAM training is peer centered and strengths-based,
aiming to empower individuals to take charge of their health through structured support and actionable strategies. By integrating these principles into our BJJ curriculum, we
emphasize not only the physical aspects of martial arts but also the importance of mental and emotional health, providing a holistic approach
to personal development.

This program focuses on promoting whole health self-management for individuals facing chronic physical and behavioral health challenges.
Participants learn to identify
strengths, develop weekly action plans, and implement whole health practices to foster behavior change and improve overall well-being.

BULLY PROOF: MAT MUNCHKINS & LIL CHAMPS

This class is for 3-7 year olds that are ready to focus for 30 minutes! We work on basic jiu jitsu games, blocks, kicks, and self-defense all mixed in with some fun. Our goal is to get them ready to join our regular martial arts classes.

SOGO RYU BUJITSU

Our expertly trained instructors will teach you everything you need to know to defend yourself from an attacker should it ever be necessary. This class also
incorporates many of the
techniques of Jujitsu, which is
known for its strong ground
fighting component and its
devastating throwing and joint locking techniques. We have also incorporated techniques from other styles, such as Hapkido, Aikido, Judo, and Escrima.

TAI CHI FOR HEALTH AND BALANCE

Tai Chi helps reduce stress, improves sleep and helps you feeling good and positive. You may makes some new friends too.

YOGA

Inhale, exhale and feel the energy within. Faiferlick Martial Arts teaches calming yoga classes that harmonize your mind, body and spirit. Through a series of stretches, your yoga instructor will lead you to peace and well-being.

KENDO

Kendo is a modern Japanese martial art, descended from swordsmanship, that uses bamboo swords as well as protective armor. Today, it is widely practiced within Japan and has spread to many other nations across the world.

Cage Fitness Workouts has no fighting whatsoever. There is no contact in Cage Fitness™ or working with any partners either. This is a fitness class and not martial arts training. This is a 25-minute session. After the Cage Fitness Workout, then we will have kickboxing where will train with partners, teach safety and technique, and get some sparring in for those that want it. You don’t need to know martial arts and you don’t need prior workout experience.
The total body workout designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. Cage Fitness™ is based on the structure of an MMA Main Event Fight. What this means is that Cage Fitness™ will
give you a total body workout in just 5 – 5-minute rounds. There are four key elements that are focused on: endurance, strength, power, and core. We can customize your workout by adjusting the intensity level to best suit your personal fitness goals. Each 5-minute round incorporates both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will help you maximize burning fat while also gaining muscle.
This system of training is going to allow you to burn more calories while increasing your metabolism. Just one of the many benefits of our classes, the Afterburn effect happens when you take the body out of its comfort zone during an intense workout. By doing so, it will continue to burn additional calories the rest of the day to get back in balance.
